What is the classification of Aluminum Composite Panel?

(1) According to the protective substrate
It can be roughly divided into two categories: PE (polyethylene) protective film and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) protective film. If further subdivided according to the thickness of the substrate, the thickness is 20 to 120 μm, or even thicker; if the color of the substrate is divided, there may be a colorless transparent film, a transparent blue film, a white film, a black and white film, and the like.
(2) According to the adhesive
Can be divided into rubber type pressure sensitive adhesive and acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive.

The rubber type pressure sensitive adhesive can be further subdivided into a solvent type rubber pressure sensitive adhesive and a crosslinked rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. Acrylate pressure sensitive adhesives are classified into solvent-based acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives, emulsion-type acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives, and water-dispersible acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives.

It can be divided into a protective film for ultraviolet protection for outdoor use, a protective film for laser cutting, a protective film for heat resistance, and an easily peelable protective film.
